WARRANTY for 2 Years CIGA Design warrants that your watch is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage- During the warranty period, if your watch exhibits any defects covered by this warranty, CIGA Design will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the watch with an equivalent model or parts. This warranty covers: Movement issues, such as timekeeping inaccuracies. Manufacturing defects in the watch case, crystal, and strap. Water resistance failure under normal wear conditions. Unexpected damage from transportation (damage that occurs during shipping and handling from the point of purchase).
Warranty Exclusions- This warranty does not cover: Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper handling. Normal wear and tear, such as scratches on the case, crystal, or strap. Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations. Water damage beyond the watch's stated water resistance rating.
Obtaining Warranty Service- To obtain warranty service, please contact our authorized service centers or our customer service department by messaging the seller on Aliexpress.
Proof of Purchase- Please retain your purchase receipt as proof of the date of purchase; it may be required to validate your warranty claim.
Additional Notes- This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable. It does not affect your legal rights concerning implied warranties under applicable national and state laws.
